The Little Things

The goal when creating a vacation rental is a home away from home, where a guest can relax, sit back, and just have an amazing vacation in a comfortable environment. Every guest is different and they come from all different backgrounds, but no matter what they look for in a vacation rental, you can be sure they will appreciate the little touches.

One of our favorite methods of creating these little touches of comfort, is to incorporate the theme of a suite into everything possible. As of this moment we have seven suites, each themed around a different sea animal. Each suite has small themed objects in every room to keep the theme consistent throughout. Additionally we incorporate colors and a variety of textures to make a suite homey and beautiful.

Doorknobs

Doorknobs and drawer pulls are a great way to add a touch of color or theme to a dresser, drawer, or cabinet. We used a variety of drawer pulls and knobs, here are some of our favorites.

Pillows

Throw pillows are either your worst nightmare or your best friend depending on how much you like your decor vs functionality in your beds and couches. After adding custom doorknobs, lovely pillows, and classy coasters, there are a few more little things you can do to really bring the suite together.

• Seahorse Statue: Shown above, residing majestically over the kitchen.
• Business Card Holder: Business cards are an invaluable tool to use in branding, and leaving a set in your rental will allow for guests to take a reminder of their visit, and know who to book from next time.
